Deposit Amount for Bookings

• Forfeit of deposit for no shows or arriving past the grace period (15 minutes) appointment.
• Deposit is non refundable and will be offset from your final payment of service.
• Deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations.

Touch Ups

• 50% lash retention is required for touch ups. Lash Inc Sg reserve the rights to reject touch ups with less than 50% retention and the appointment will be deemed as cancellation with deposit forfeited.
• Lash touch ups has to be done within 3 weeks from a new set.
• Brow touch ups has to be done within 3 months from a new set.

Packages

• No refund for any packages.

• No Expiry

• Can be shared with friends and family

• Can be used in conjunction with ongoing promotions

• Can be used to purchase products
